Screw this shop. Quoted me a price then said he got the wheels mixed up and didn't have the tires in stock that he said. I ended up paying the difference. Then the center cap fell off after only a few miles. I took my truck to show them and she told me someone could have stolen it. I then showed her all the rest of the caps were loose. They just denied any responsibility. Bad customer service. I won't be going back.

Only thing the mechanics that install the lift kits need to do is make sure the bolts are probably tightened even using lock tight liquid to make sure the bolts don’t get loose as a aircraft mechanic torque the bolts with lock tied and safety wire the bolts the gap between the washer and nut is loose

Went here to get some exhaust work done and have rear blocks removed. Got it back, everything looked good. Decided to go to a muffler shop by my work to get one of the pipes adjusted and the mechanic there cut this section out behind the tip this shop welded on. I did this not really knowing what I was getting into. I figured the price quoted was reasonable since auto work is always pricey. Ended up having to pay almost $500 for a muffler delete and rear block removal with a chrome tip. Just ridiculous. The shop I took it to I paid less than $80 to have everything replaced and re-welded. Rear block removal was as simple as jacking up the rear leaf springs and pulling them out by hand. If you're looking for honest pricing and quality work, keep looking.

Bought a lift, tires and wheels. Love the lift and wheels. But the tires have issues and I've been trying to work them out since May. I have long had communication and the warranty was blamed along with the distribution issues. I got a hold of the warranty director with Americus and they personally tried to help. Told me to pass his info over so he can personally help push it through. Now today it's American Customs says the distributor no longer carries that brand. But before they said the distribution center has on back order. My tires have 10k on them and beat you while driving. Shaking the truck. Now they requested twice to just give me a discount on a new set. Instead of working my warranty.. I'll change the rating if I ever get this resolved. Owner was nice and I enjoyed the shop. But this is not good business.
